Anyone who has completed a form, will be contacted prior to 2pm on Wednesday to inform them as to whether their booking request was successful or not.

Anyone wishing to travel must complete the Booking Request Form below. Please ensure you complete all required information and include all names of those travelling. We ask that you do not submit multiple booking requests with either a different lead passenger or a different hotel. This is to help us in accurately collating the booking requests for the trip.
The initial deadline to submit a booking request is 4pm on Tuesday the 3rd of February. Once the deadline passes, we will collate all requests made prior to the deadline and then notify you within 24 hours as to whether your booking request has been successful. On occasion we do receive more requests than we have places, but we will do our best to make sure as many people get a place as possible.
We ask for everyone’s patience during the booking request period and please be assured that we are working as quick as we can to process all requests.
